How It Works
In Canada, Like New runs as a peer-to-peer marketplace built with resale platform Archive: you list your gently used Lululemon items on the Like New site and ship them yourself once they sell. There is no permanent in-store or mail-in trade-in desk in Canada yet. Instead, Lululemon is running a limited-time Canadian mail-in trade-in event from September 14 to 21, 2026, where eligible items are exchanged for credit toward a future purchase. Canadian volume is processed at a 25,000 sq ft Tersus Solutions facility in Calgary.
